By purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Tebex Terms & Conditions (available at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms), Mojang's Minecraft EULA, and our server rules.
This store is powered by Tebex Limited. All payments are processed securely through Tebex.
This server and store are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. We are an independent community.

All purchases are for virtual digital goods (e.g., ranks, cosmetics) delivered automatically via Tebex to your Minecraft account (username/UUID provided at checkout).
Delivery occurs shortly after payment confirmation, but delays may happen due to server issues or offline mode.
You must provide the correct Minecraft username. We are not responsible for errors in username entry.
Purchased items are tied to the provided Minecraft account and cannot be transferred to another account (even if hacked or sold).

All sales are final. Due to the instant digital nature of products, we do not offer refunds except in rare cases (e.g., undelivered items due to our error).
Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider will result in permanent revocation of purchased items and a ban from the server and Discord.

All premium ranks are provided on a subscription basis with automatic monthly recurring payments. By purchasing, you authorize Tebex to charge your payment method recurring until cancelled.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive email reminders from Tebex before renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Tebex payment history portal or cancellation links in your purchase emails. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. You retain rank access until the end of the paid period.
If a payment fails, Tebex will attempt retries. If unsuccessful, the subscription will expire, and your rank will be automatically removed (no refund for any unused time).
It is your responsibility to cancel unwanted subscriptions. We do not provide refunds for forgotten renewals or partial periods.
No prorated refunds or credits are given upon cancellation or expiry.

All items sold are cosmetic or non-gameplay-affecting (e.g., particle effects, chat colors). No purchases provide pay-to-win advantages like better tools, flight in survival, or exclusive kits that impact fair play.
We comply fully with Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines and EULA.

You are responsible for your Minecraft account security. Lost access (e.g., hacking) does not entitle you to transfers or refunds.
Purchased items may expire if packages are time-limited (as stated in the product description).
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace items for server balance without compensation.

Attempting fraud, exploiting bugs, or violating server rules may result in loss of purchases without refund.
You agree not to hold the server owners liable for any issues arising from gameplay or third-party services.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the server/store implies acceptance.
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues beyond our control.
